Dog friendly farmstay
Your four-legged friends are more than welcome to come and stay on the farm! (conditions apply)
The fees are £50 per week. The farm also provides a dog sitting service that runs at a rate of £10 per hour! More>>>
Car-free travelling
Hendra Croft Farm is located 4.5m from Newquay, and 6.8m from Truro, which provides us with a calm and quiet setting. You don't need your car to stay here, we provide free pick-up service from the local train station and airport!
As well as providing an airport and train station pick up service, we can also drop you off at one of the many amazing costal walks that are iconic to the Cornish coast line.
Good food
Here at Hendra croft farm we strongly believe in using home grown, locally sourced and sustainably farmed products, the freezers are packed full of beef, lamb and pork harvested from the farm, the fridge is stocked with seasonal vegetables grown in the veggie patch, the eggs are collected from both our chickens and ducks whilst the baking ingredients are sourced from a local Cornish mill.
Get a taste of husbandry
Do you love animals and wanna try to take care of them? It is also a very good chance to let your child learn more about animal welfare and how nature works!

As we know here on Hendra Croft Farm, the dog is part of the family, and they are very welcome here. If you would like to bring your furry four-legged friend along, our dog-friendly cottages are a perfect choice! We do have a few rules and guidelines since the cottages are located on a working farm, just to keep everything running smoothly and everyone having a great time.

Due to the location of the cottages being on a working farm and opposite our family friendly cafe we require you to keep your dog on a lead around the other animals to prevent startling them.
As we follow the guidelines of The Dogs (Protection of Livestock) Act 1953, We do not tolerate dogs of an aggressive nature due to our chickens and ducks roaming around and Hendra Croft Farm being a family friendly environment.
"Your dog must not worry (chase or attack) livestock (cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses and poultry) on agricultural land, so keep your dog on a lead around. If your dog worries livestock, the farmer has the right to stop your dog (even by shooting your dog in certain circumstances)."
